Catherine Tate measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Catherine Ford was born in Bloomsbury, London; her father was absent from her family and she was taken care of by her mother, grandparents and godparents. In her early years she was suffering from an obsessive compulsive disorder and suffered anxiety linked to word associations. Ford's passion for acting started as a child. She joined in the National Youth Theatre. Ford was accepted into the Sylvia Young Theatre School. However, after only a week she decided it wasn't the right fit for her. Ford applied again for admission to the Central School of Speech and Drama and, on the fourth time she applied, she was finally accepted. Shaun Dingwall - who later appeared as Pete Tyler in Doctor Who - was one of her fellow students. Ford's first appearance on television was the 1991 episode Surgical Spirit. By the moment she was done with school, Ford already went by "Catherine Tate". Tate was featured in a variety of television shows including The Bill, Men Behaving Badly and London's Burning in the Nineties. Tate was also a regular performer in the theatre, and later joined The Royal Shakespeare Company during its season 2000-2001. Tate's stand-up comedy, which she began adding to her set in the year 1996, was soon gaining her admiration.
